Probably the worst staycation I’ve experienced with my partner. Housekeeping is not a priority in this hotel. Whenever we ask for towels, it was always unavailable (we asked for kitchen towel, they gave us toilet paper). Considering it’s a hotel, there was no complimentary water, slippers, and hygiene kit (soap, shampoo, etc). Towel in bathroom was clean but smelled odd. Kettle was uncleaned that my partner had to wash it again for our use. One of the stoves in the induction cooker was not working, my partner had a hard time using it for cooking. Internet connection was not stable and TV was not working properly. Parking area was too small for this hotel (it can only fit 5-6 cars). In addition to this, my partner was initially charged 2000php for cooking (apparently, it was not allowed to cook smelly food like dried fish/fish as shown in the sign placed in the kitchen but he cooked pasta and chicken only) and after discussion, he was charged 1000php. Still unreasonable since no damages were made in the room. We left the hotel stressed and I wouldn’t recommend this for vacation.

Stayed here just last night and experienced one of the worst customer service we encountered. My friend booked a room with a kitchen via Agoda and there was no rule/policy written that we couldn’t cook there. We cooked food for dinner (there was a sign that said to not cook fish–we made pasta and chicken) to save money, and when it was time to check out, they informed us that they would be keeping our deposit of ₱2,000 because we cooked. We talked about it and went down to ₱1,000, but to be honest, we don’t think it’s fair that they would charge us for cooking when there was no policy that we couldn’t do so!! Other than that, every time we asked for extra pillows or extra towels, they would always tell us they were all unavailable. There were no complimentary water, or Hygiene kits. We had to PAY for THEIR parking PER NIGHT, AND THEIR PARKING WASN’T EVEN IN A GOOD AREA!

Stayed there for three nights. The room itself, while not top notch, is reasonably clean. The pillows are, however, atrocious. These are likely pillows that haven't been changed in years and are super uncomfortable. Service is simply non-existent. We asked for our room to be made up and not once during our stay was it made. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper as we finished the only one they gave us. They said "yes right away," but we ultimately had to call again and ask. It was subsequently brought. The room only has a single garbage bag. The kitchen has a set of plate and utensils, but nothing to clean them with. No towels to clean anything, no brush, no soap...and no response to room service, so after day 3, it's filthy dishes that can't be cleaned by us and won't be cleaned by them?! All in all, a lot of "yes" from the staff and not a single time was it actionned. Do yourselves a favor and find another place!

NOT 3-STAR AT ALL! Not worth the price. I booked this room because I needed a place to stay for the night. I chose this hotel over other nearby options because I thought it was cheaper. But after staying there, I realized that there are even cheaper places with better service and amenities. I was so tired since I just came from a 5-hour drive and it was already past midnight. Then this happened: I was stuck in the elevator for a few minutes after it went dead. I was going back to the basement parking to get my phone from the car when suddenly the elevator stopped and the lights went off. The "security" who was with me was more of a bell boy than a security staff, she didn't even know what to do when an elevator went dead. I had to tell her to turn on her phone's flashlight and look for the emergency button. I was starting to panic wondering how long would it take for us to get out of the elevator. I'd never want to go through that kind of experience again. If you need a decent place to stay in in this area, the GREEN SUN HOTEL is just 4km off. It is a 3-star hotel that’s way better in terms of standard and service. And breakfast is included in their budget-friendly rates.

The room is spacious, but a little smelly, the kettle was dirty when we checked in and still had coffee inside. The bathroom is moldy and rusty. The towels smell. No free water . One little soap in the bathroom, but there is a big shampoo and bodywash bottle in the shower. No slippers available. Some ceiling lights and the minibar(ref) kept on blinking. Staff was friendly. The location is ok, right by the road and next to a convenient store (711).

Dirty rooms that never gets cleaned, open power outlets and holes in the walls in both bathroom and other parts of the room, anyone could get an electric shock or get hurt, black mould and worms in the shower and all corners of the bathroom health risk at high degree. Find a better place

The room was more than spacious along with the bathroom. For some reason, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom when we checked in and it doesn't seem to dry up. For its price, we would have appreciated at least some slippers in the room since the floor has the tendency to be slippery/wet if we increase the aircon temp (probably the moist). Overall, the place is decent and relaxing if you're staying only to rest.
